Estrogen is low, how can I do it ?
Estrogen is low
Six months ago I was less than menstruation, to hospital for examination, are the causes of low estrogen.
how can I do it ?
1,To the hospital to be a comprehensive inspection.Have some Endocrine expert advice.
2,Take more exercise every day
3, Eat royal jelly, it could be supplemented by estrogen, while the level of conditioning endocrine.

Why menstrual has not come yet ?
First to explain, I am only 15 this year, there is absolutely no sex, uh, there are a few days ago feeling very bad very bad.

I hadn't completely ended menstruation last month when i make love With boyfriend
I hadn't completely ended menstruation last month when i make love With boyfriend.
For about five days later there will be Small blood, dull, then is not normal,But during sex stimulates would still have Small blood.this month my Menstruation don't come.
advic for menstruation :Don't worry, this month after knew circumstance, general won't have a problem.Occasionally,have once sexual intercourse During menstruation ,that does not adversely affect to body if you have a good job in cleaning work.
